カットモデルになろう！
カットモデルとは、美容師が腕を上げるため、もしくはお店の紹介のためのサンプルとしてカットするためのモデルのことを指します。
カットモデルの利点は、無料、もしくは破格の値段でヘアカットをしてもらえること。カットモデルの募集は、ときどき店頭の看板や張り紙、もしくは広告などで知ることができます。
カットモデルには年齢制限やヘアスタイルの指定などの条件・制限が設けられることもありますが、自分の好きなようにカットしてもらえる場合も少なくありません。
カットモデルはアシスタントなどの「練習」の場合、ちょっと不安に思うかもしれませんが、通常は店長やトップスタイリストの指導・チェックが入りますので、その点は安心です。特に有名なヘアサロンのカットモデルはとてもお得感がありますので、機会があれば試してみてはいかがでしょうか。

カステラの歴史
カステラの名は、ポルトガル語の「ボロ・デ・カステラ（bolo de Castella／スペイン・カスティリャ地方の菓子）」からきています。
カステラの原型となった料理の正体は、実は現在でもよくわかっていません。しかし一説によると、大航海時代にスペインで生まれた「ビスコチョ」、もしくはポルトガルの菓子「パン・デ・ロー」が原型だと言われています。ちなみにこれらの菓子は、現代でも現地で親しまれています。
カステラは、日本に伝えられた当初は、今のカステラとは大分違ったものだったようです。しかし長崎を中心とした日本各地の職人たちの手によって、しだいに日本人の口に合うような菓子に作り変えられ、現代のカステラとなっていきました。
カステラはこのように、今ではすっかり日本のお菓子となりました。そして日本には今もカステラの老舗なるものが複数存在し、多くの人の舌を楽しませているというわけです。
